Qualifications:

  • Experience in pastry and dessert production at a supervisory level in luxury hotels
  • Strong technical pastry knowledge and attention to detail
  • Creativity in menu planning and presentation
  • Good organizational and team management skills
  • Fluent in English; Bahasa Indonesia is a plus
