Qualifications:

  • Experience as Pastry Sous Chef in luxury hotels or resorts
  • Expertise in pastry and bakery production
  • Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
  • Strong leadership, creativity, and innovation in pastry trends
  • Fluent in English
