Qualifications:

• Male/Female with minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Proven expertise in recruitment, training & development, industrial relations, compensation & benefits, and employee engagement
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• High integrity, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
• Available to join immediately
