Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as CDP specializing in Western cuisine
• Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Creative with food presentation and menu development
• Ability to lead a section and supervise Commis staff
• Flexible, fast-paced, and quality-driven
