Position: Executive Chef (Indonesian & Western)
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years experience as Executive Chef or Senior Sous Chef
- Expertise in Indonesian and Western cuisine
- Strong leadership and creativity in menu development
- Proficient in food cost control and HACCP standards
- Excellent team management skills
