Position: Duty Manager

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in similar managerial role
  • Strong leadership and ability to handle guest concerns
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written
  • Good operational knowledge of Front Office
  • Familiar with VHP system preferred
