Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in a resort environment
• Strong knowledge of international and Indonesian cuisine
• Ability to lead and motivate kitchen staff
• Creative and innovative in menu development
• Strong commitment to food safety and hygiene standards
