• Proven experience in a similar role at a luxury hotel or resort
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent knowledge of beverage service, operations, and cost control
• Creative and innovative in designing beverage concepts and promotions
• Warm personality with strong guest engagement abilities
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
