Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Front Office role at an international hotel
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Strong guest service orientation and attention to detail
• Well-groomed and professional appearance
• Ability to handle VIP guests with discretion and professionalism
