Qualifications:

• Diploma/degree in Hospitality or related field
• 1–2 years’ experience in Front Office; familiar with PMS and cashiering procedures
• Fluent in English; excellent communication and guest-handling skills
• Well-groomed, service-oriented, and able to work in shifts
• Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving and teamwork abilities
