Position: Chief Engineer

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as Chief/Assistant Chief Engineer in the hotel industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proven leadership qualities and the ability to work effectively in a team
• Expertise in preventive maintenance, MEP systems, utilities, and safety compliance
