Position: Assistant Sales Manager
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience in hotel sales or related role
- Proven ability to develop accounts and achieve revenue targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Familiar with corporate/Leisure/MICE segments in Batam–Singapore markets
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; basic revenue and market analysis skills
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
