Position: Assistant Sales Manager

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years experience in hotel sales or related role
• Proven ability to develop accounts and achieve revenue targets
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Familiar with corporate/Leisure/MICE segments in Batam–Singapore markets
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; basic revenue and market analysis skills
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
