Position: Food & Beverage Manager (FBM)

Qualifications:

• Experience managing F&B operations in 4-star or 5-star hotels
• Ability to oversee restaurants, bar, Japanese steakhouse, and banqueting
• Excellent leadership, guest engagement, and communication skills
• Proficient in budgeting, revenue optimization, and cost control
• Proven capability to plan and execute large MICE/ballroom events
