Position: Guest Relation Supervisor

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience supervising guest relations or front office staff
  • Leadership and coaching skills with a guest-centric focus
  • Capability to manage daily operations, escalate issues, and maintain service standards
  • Familiarity with Opera Cloud PMS
  • Strong communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia
