Position: Cluster Front Office Manager

Qualifications:

• Proven leadership in Front Office operations within international hotel brands
• Hands-on experience managing guest experience, rooms revenue, and lobby flow
• Strong knowledge of PMS/Opera and front office SOPs
• Excellent communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Track record in training, coaching, and developing multi-property teams
