Qualifications:

• Hotel school background or relevant Front Office experience
• Guest-first mindset with confident communication skills
• Familiar with check-in/out procedures and cash handling
• Comfortable using PMS/Opera and Microsoft Office
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
