Position: Chef de Partie (Pastry)

Qualifications:

  • Solid pastry background in hotel or high-volume bakery
  • Expertise in doughs, viennoiserie, cakes, and plated desserts
  • Knowledge of food safety/HACCP with consistent quality control
  • Efficient production planning and inventory management
  • Ability to train and guide commis/junior pastry team
