Position: Food & Beverage Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within Food & Beverage operations
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
• Excellent knowledge of F&B service standards and guest satisfaction practices
• Experience in inventory management, ordering, and stock control
• Proficiency in implementing promotions, upselling techniques, and sales strategies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written
• Energetic, service-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
