Position: Front Office Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Front Office, preferably in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of PMS systems and front office operations
• Excellent guest service and communication skills
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Positive leadership, problem-solving skills, and ability to motivate the team
