Position: Assistant Front Office Manager (AFOM)
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in the same position at a 4- or 5-star hotel
- Excellent communication skills and hospitality attitude
- Strong leadership skills, able to manage a team and multitask effectively
- Knowledge of Front Office operations, familiar with GSS Medalia & Property Management Systems is an advantage
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written
- Proven track record with references and ability to join immediately
