Position: Telephone Operator
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Tourism, Hospitality Management or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in telephone/guest communications
- Excellent telephone manner with ability to process incoming and outgoing calls accurately and courteously
- Familiarity with hotel telecommunication standards and ability to report complaints and irregularities to supervisors
- Good command of English; ability to speak additional local languages is an advantage
- Professional, service-minded, punctual and able to work shift patterns
