Position: Quality Assurance Manager

Qualifications:

• Degree or certification in Quality Management, Hospitality or related discipline
• Experience implementing quality, hygiene and safety programs in hotels or F&B outlets
• Familiarity with HACCP, ISO standards or local health regulations
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for audits and reporting
• Excellent communication and training ability to drive continuous improvement
