Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar HR role (HR Manager roles may require more experience)
• Experience working in hotel HR functions, recruitment and employee relations
• Good communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
• Knowledge of Indonesian labour regulations and HR best practices
• Result-oriented mindset and ability to support staff development initiatives
