Position: Guest Experience Manager

Qualifications:

  • Minimal 3–5 years experience in guest contact or guest experience roles within hotels or resorts
  • Detailed knowledge of guest service practices and operations, with a focus on delivering personalised service
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills to monitor performance and implement signature standards
  • Excellent communication in English both verbal and written and ability to train and inspire teams
  • Proven track record in delivering high guest satisfaction and loyalty initiatives
