Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years experience in front office or guest service roles
• Mandarin speaker with strong verbal and written communication
• Excellent customer contact skills and service orientation
• Familiarity with hotel management software and check-in/out procedures
• Professional appearance and ability to work shifts
