Position: Front Desk Agent (Male – DW)

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years experience in front desk or guest service roles within hotels
• Male candidates preferred for the DW (duty) role as specified
• Outstanding guest service, communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and ability to work rotating shifts
• Familiarity with PMS systems and check-in/out procedures is an advantage
