Qualifications:

• Experience managing spa operations within luxury or boutique hotels
• Strong knowledge of spa treatments, guest care, and staff supervision
• Able to drive spa revenue and ensure excellent guest satisfaction
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia preferred
• Passionate about wellness and guest wellbeing
