Position: Executive Housekeeper

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years experience in the same position within hotels or luxury resorts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose complex issues and develop effective solutions
• Detail-focused with a strong emphasis on resort cleanliness and guest satisfaction
• Proven leadership ability to set vision, motivate and inspire housekeeping teams across rooms, pool and garden areas
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills with strong communication in English
