Position: IT Officer

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar IT position
• Preferably a diploma holder or graduate in Computer Science or related field
• Basic knowledge of IT procedures, networks and user support
• Positive attitude, good communication skills and English literacy (spoken and written)
• Ability to troubleshoot, document issues and coordinate with vendors
