Position: IT Officer
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar IT position
- Preferably a diploma holder or graduate in Computer Science or related field
- Basic knowledge of IT procedures, networks and user support
- Positive attitude, good communication skills and English literacy (spoken and written)
- Ability to troubleshoot, document issues and coordinate with vendors
