Qualifications:

• Relevant culinary qualification or diploma in pastry/culinary arts
• Experience working in pastry or bakery production, preferably in hotels or resorts
• Good knowledge of pastry techniques, bakery operations and food safety (HACCP)
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
• Team player with a strong work ethic and reliability
