Qualifications:

• Fluent in one or more of Russian, Mandarin, or Korean plus English
• Previous experience in guest relations or front office service
• Strong communication and cross-cultural guest service skills
• High level of professionalism and brand representation
• Familiarity with hotel operations and concierge services
