Position: AYS Manager

Qualifications:

  • Experience managing a hotel’s call center or guest service center (AYS, Service Express, etc.).
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills to lead the At Your Service (AYS) team.
  • Exceptional communication skills and professional telephone etiquette.
  • Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of guest requests efficiently.
  • Proficiency in PABX, PMS, and related hotel communication systems.
  • Valid for Indonesian citizens only.
