Qualifications:

• Graduated from a college or university, majoring in tourism.
• Minimum of one year of experience in the role.
• Hotel experience and familiarity with the Power Pro system are highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A highly motivated and skillful individual with a passion for guest satisfaction.
