Position: Chief Engineering

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a professional engineering management role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and team training skills.
• Expertise in supervising departmental daily activities, including the execution of preventive maintenance programs.
• Experience with departmental budget monitoring, expense control, and financial preparation.
• Highly motivated, able to work under pressure, and a strong team collaborator.
• In-depth knowledge of current safety issues and local compliance regulations.
