Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Front Desk or Guest Service Agent
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Professional appearance and a positive, guest-focused attitude
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Familiarity with hotel reservation software is an advantage
