Position: Assistant Front Office Manager

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in front office management or a similar role in the luxury hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of Front Office, Concierge, and Night Audit operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in hotel management software and property management systems.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
