Position: E-Commerce Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Have minimum 2 years experience in the same position in a 4 Star Hotel.
• Excellent attitude, outgoing personality, hardworking, high motivated, and good communication.
• Able to work independently or within a team.
• Able to implement digital marketing and advertising strategies.
• Strong knowledge of website management, online sales, and revenue management.
• Ability to manage OTA and ensure rate parity across all online channels.
• Experience with customer engagement and retention strategies.
• Familiar with VHP System.
