Position: Sous Chef (SC)

Qualifications:

• At least 2 (two) years of experience in the same position and same field at a 3/4 stars hotel.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, cooking techniques, and ingredients.
• Able to manage day-to-day kitchen operations comprehensively.
• Hospitality attitude, solid in leadership, and great in communication.
• Excellent command in English, both spoken & written.
• Possess a clean track record with references & able to join immediately.
