Position: Executive Chef

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or senior Sous Chef in a 4/5-star hotel.
• Strong leadership, culinary management, and team training skills.
• Expertise in creative menu development, costing, and procurement.
• In-depth knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP) and kitchen hygiene.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
