Qualifications:

• Experienced in the hospitality industry, with a minimum of 2 years in a Front Office supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Sparkling personality, positive attitude, and good communication skills.
• Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.
• Proficient with hotel property management systems (PMS).
