Position: Executive Chef

Qualifications:

• Extensive culinary experience with a proven track record as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a reputable hotel.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, train, and motivate the entire kitchen brigade.
• Creative and skilled in menu engineering, presentation, and quality control for all dining outlets.
• Excellent financial acumen in managing food costs, budgets, and kitchen inventory.
• Deep understanding of HACCP and all food safety and sanitation regulations.
