Position: IT Officer

Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IT support, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Good knowledge of hotel systems (PMS, POS), network infrastructure, and hardware/software troubleshooting.
• A proactive problem-solver with the ability to provide timely technical support to all departments.
• Good communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
