Position: Sous Chef

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or a senior Chef de Partie in a hotel kitchen.
• Strong culinary skills and the ability to lead the kitchen team in the Executive Chef’s absence.
• Experience in menu planning, food costing, and inventory management.
• Excellent leadership, training, and communication skills.
• A commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene.
