Position: Asst. Chinese Chef

Qualifications:

• Proven culinary experience as a Sous Chef or senior CDP in an authentic Chinese kitchen.
• In-depth knowledge of various Chinese cooking techniques and cuisines.
• Strong leadership skills to manage and train junior kitchen staff.
• A creative approach to menu planning and food presentation.
• Thorough understanding of food safety, sanitation, and HACCP standards.
