Position: Front Desk Agent

Qualifications:

• Preferably have 1 year of experience in the same position.
• Good communication skills and a commitment to service excellence.
• Responsible for completing all tasks linked to guest arrival and departure, including smooth check-in and check-out procedures.
• Possesses good knowledge of hotel information, Accor programs, rates, and front office tasks.
• Highly self-motivated, hard worker, organized, goal and result-oriented, and thrives under pressure.
