Position: Chief Engineering

Qualifications:

• A minimum 3 years in a similar role, preferable in a luxury 5-star hotel/resort.
• Strong preventive maintenance plan, time management, problem solving skill and technologically savvy.
• Experience in project or renovation management will be an advantage.
• Highly motivated, passionate, energetic with excellent interpersonal skill.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication and computer literacy skills.
• Open for Indonesian citizen only and preferably Bali domiciled.
• Ensure all building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical, operate at optimal efficiency.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a skilled engineering team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning.
