Position: Assistant Chief Engineer

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Professional Engineering Institution license is required.
• Minimum 10+ years of progressive engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a senior engineering management role.
• Proven expertise in relevant engineering disciplines and industry-specific knowledge.
• Ability to collaborate with the Chief Engineer to develop and implement strategic engineering initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring a team of engineers to foster a culture of innovation.
• Experience overseeing multiple engineering projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
