Position: Director of Operations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field (Master’s degree/MBA preferred).
• Minimum 10–12 years of progressive experience in luxury hospitality, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles.
• Proven track record in managing multi-department operations (Rooms, F&B, Spa, Engineering, Recreation).
• Expertise in operational audits, compliance, health & safety standards.
• Exceptional understanding of luxury guest experience and ability to deliver at Forbes/LQA standards.
• Strong financial acumen and business analysis skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in English (additional languages preferred).
