Position: Sales Admin

Qualifications:

• Assist the Sales & Marketing Manager with reporting and administrative tasks
• Handle incoming phone calls and sales inquiries according to departmental procedures
• Prepare and pack materials such as hotel brochures, sales kits, and giveaways
• Communicate group needs and specifications effectively to all relevant departments
• Maintain proper records and filing systems for the sales administration process
• Good communication, customer contact skills, and ability to work in a team
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
• Well-presented and professionally groomed at all times
