Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Sushi Chef or in a similar capacity in a high-end restaurant or luxury hotel
• In-depth knowledge of traditional and contemporary sushi and sashimi preparation
• Creativity in menu planning and presentation
• Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
